Welcome to Topaz wedding dress page. We are a wedding dress shop with a difference. We aim to cater for all brides’ needs whether the wedding is to take place in a church with formal reception, a hotel or alternative venue, registry office, abroad, or on a beach or just simply a very informal wedding. Accordingly it is very important to us that our brides will be able to find the perfect dress for their wedding day.

Within our branches at Eastbourne and Rottingdean, we have a fabulous selection of sample gowns to be tried from the below mentioned stockists in sizes ranging from 8 up to 22. We also have an extensive rail of “off the peg” bridal dresses which can be tried and taken away immediately. These dresses are suitable for a bride who perhaps is getting married at short notice or because she requires a dress suitable for a less formal wedding whether it be at a registry office or abroad. Within this range can be found many styles with sizes starting from 6 up to size 32. This rail is priced up to £300.

We are stockists of the ever popular MAGGIE SOTTERO couture bridal collection that also incorporates the Destinations Range. Maggie Sottero is very well known in the wedding industry for providing amazing dresses with superb styling, fabric and fit. Maggie Sottero constantly wins awards in the industry and most recently for best manufacture. A new collection of Maggie samples arrives in the shops every six months but there is a unique sample service whereby Topaz can arrange to borrow a specific sample from all the existing collections for you to try. TIARAS - a wonderful bespoke range by Jay Laine which incorporates matching jewellery.

The collection starts at an amazing price of £34 for a tiara. We also have Richard Designs and Warren York tiara collection.

We also have a winter collection of Coats, Capes and fur wraps to either be purchased or hired.

We also offer a Dress Agency service. This means we take in wedding dresses for resale either new or worn once. The dresses are immaculate and less than one year old. Obviously with our Maggie Sottero range, you may be lucky in finding a nearly new dress which would normally retail at half price through the Dress Agency.

We would recommend our Raylia collection for Mother of the Bride as well as for Maids of Honour and bridesmaid. Raylia are able to supply matching jackets, wraps and boleros to compliment their dresses. Extra fabric can also be ordered in the colour chosen for the dresses which can be made up into cravats or ties for the male members of the bridal party.

We are also able to obtain extra fabric from Dessy and they also supply waistcoats, ties and cravats in your chosen colour.

All our bridal collections will have a delivery date from order of up to 16-20 weeks. Our bridesmaid range can have a rush cut service which can reduce the time down considerably. Details and prices on application. Our flower girl range from Touslesjour can, however, have a very quick turnaround of up to six weeks.

Within our Bridal shops we have a rail of ex sample and sale dresses. As new sample collections are purchased every six months we have to make room and, therefore, bargain sample dresses can be found. We would also mention that our Shop in Bexhill has a sale rail of wedding dresses many at the amazing price of £50.

All orders require an initial deposit of 50% of the invoice total. However, the balance can be spread out in four equal instalments.

Alterations are not included in the price of the dress. However, we can put you directly in touch with our approved independent professional seamstress.
