WEDDING GUEST ACCOMMODATION

Welcome to Coast Guest Accommodation which is owned and run by Graeme and Barbara who is the co-owner of Topaz Bridal Shops.

Coast can be found on Royal Parade which is directly on the Seafront of Eastbourne with lovely sea views. We are very central for the town and all the amenities Eastbourne has to offer.

We purchased our Victorian house 18 months ago and since then the property has undergone extensive alteration and modernisation and we are now open (March 2008) for guests. We can now offer our guests a very comfortable stay with new ensuite shower rooms and extremely comfortable bedrooms. We have recently been inspected by the Eastbourne Hospitality Association and verbally rated with 4 stars. Our breakfast will also be of an extremely high standard. Our guest rooms start at £30 per person per night and our accommodations is as follows :-

• 3 double bedrooms all en suite
• 1 twin bedroom ensuite
• 1 single and one double bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower and bath
• Self contained apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and bath
• Rear car park
